Once again I have forgotten to hand out that that Triathlon notice, bother it. I'll go away and scan it shortly.
In the meantime, we carried on with some ICT for writing...
(tomorrow we'll try to find what we saved today!)
...and more Triathlon training...
...with another swim at the end. Which we kinda didn't really have time for...sorry A Team!
