Psalm Thursday

Good afternoon,

This afternoon's R.E. lesson was about praising God through psalms. So we made our own.




We also discussed another reason why it having oceans of water is important to Earth.

This afternoon finished with a visit from Harry's latest family members.

We started the day with, well...with Maths, Writing and the start of Reading, but, subsequent to that, a touch of fitness.



In the afternoon we discussed where Earth gets most of its oxygen from.

The children had a fantastic day today, all courtesy of Mrs O'Niel, Mrs Clapp and Mrs Stopforth coming in to, well, build the world!


Together, Room 2 even managed to find and open The Hat to pick who Galoop is having the weekend at.

Good afternoon,

I couldn't think of any clever title for today. 'Twas, well, a fairly standard Thursday. 'Cept for the earthquake drill.



This afternoon we started classifying the planets according to temperature and atmosphere.











Mrs O'Neil will be running the show tomorrow as I will be taking another batch of Running Records.

Mrs Clapp will also be in the room after morning tea making a huge mess!

Another Wet Wednesday

Good afternoon,

'Twas raining on and off this morning, so we had some Jump Jam 'stead of running...




...and an inside lunch (though they played outside afterwards).


After lunch we discussed again the Our Father prayer.

The Our Father Prayer is...

• Talking to God


• Behave on Earth like you would in Heaven


• Forgive others like God forgave us

Take note, there will be test later on.

We also talked about the atmospheres on Mars and Jupiter.

This afternoon we identified one reason we live on Earth and not another planet on the Solar System.


To figure this out, we went outside and created a toilet paper solar system.





To consolidate this learning we then popped back inside to the interactive whiteboard.


Prior to this we discussed that God loves us no matter what we do...


...subsequent to some daily fitness.
